Certified Lifeguards

Morning/Afternoon/evening weekday hours and/or Saturdays.

We are looking to hire Red Cross certified lifeguards. Applicants must love working with energetic children and must also be dependable, responsible, vigilant and friendly.

Responsibilities include guarding the pool, interacting with children, instructors and parents as well as checking and recording pool chemical levels.

Hospitality/Customer Service Team

Bright Stars is looking to expand their Hospitality Team to include more members that embody the Warm, Friendly, and Welcoming environment that we strive to offer- not only at the Front Desk, but in every aspect of our facility.



Bright Stars is looking for someone who is willing to embrace our philosophy to meet the needs of each and every Bright Stars family in a positive and friendly manner. They must have in interest in learning as much as they can about all the different aspects of Bright Stars. They must also have an interest in forming meaningful relationships with Bright Stars families.

We are seeking someone who embodies the following qualities: professional in their appearance, professional communication skills, friendly and approachable, ability to multi-task, enthusiastic and positive attitude, pride in their day-to-day responsibilities, solid work ethic, reliable and dependable, quick to learn new tasks, the ability to follow through and complete tasks, and the ability to efficiently deal with interruptions and pick up where they left off.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering the phone, greeting and helping customers face-to-face, assisting with and accepting registrations, suggesting appropriate classes for children, scheduling birthday parties, keeping the lobby area welcoming to parents and children, and more.

Experience: some experience in a Customer Service/Hospitality position is preferred; basic computer knowledge is must; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel ideal.

Summer Camp Instructor

Part-time, hours vary. Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of young children each week?

You'll be a role model to them, as you assist with the development of their physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills. We offer a fun and fast-paced environment.

Most staff members work 4-5 weekday shifts. Shifts include Monday-Friday between 8:30am-4:15pm. Typical shifts are 8:30am-12:45pm or 12:30pm-3:30pm. Must be available to commit to June 15th-September 2nd. There is an option to be scheduled additional hours on Friday evenings or Saturdays for special events or parties. 

Must be GREAT with kids and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Candidates must be energetic, outgoing, kind, playful and friendly. A background with working with children, gymnastics teaching, and/or coaching is preferred. Must also be dependable, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and have dependable transportation.
